We hope that you love all of your Passeggiata Shoes purchases. However, if you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:

  • If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to send you another style, color, or size free of charge!
  • If you prefer a refund, please email info@passeggiatashoes.com
  • All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE
  • We suggest trying on your shoes inside and on a carpet to prevent scuffs
  • We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on WORN FOOTWEAR — item must be in its original box in its original condition
  • Please DO NOT USE SHOE BOX as shipping container
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns/exchanges post-marked up to 14 days from the purchase date are eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping costs
  • Any items post-marked after 14 days from purchase date are not eligible for refund or exchange, and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee
  • Please note, we DO NOT accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds AFTER 30 DAYS of original purchase date — NO EXCEPTIONS
  • We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy
